Hello everyone, how are you today? May is passing by very quickly, time is flying, and most of us don’t know on what we spent all this time. May will be a very turbulent month for me, and that’s why I prepared for today some of the things you can bring into your morning routine to make yourself feel more productive, fresh and ready for the day. Above all, to make you happier. These are all the small things you can bring into your day, which will change it a lot.   1. Do not check your phone!

Isn’t this obvious? If you get up in the morning and grab the phone, what does that say about you? You aren’t a slave to the phone, the phone is serving you. If you have a message, answer it and leave it on the side. Dedicate yourself to the people around you, the social network, and everything else can wait. Also, we all know how harmful it is to spend a lot of time on the screens of our phones and devices, so why should we get our health bad from the early morning? Turn off your phone, turn on your life!

  1. Clean the space in which you live

   If you get up in the morning in a chaos, which is a big case, then take 10 minutes of your time and clean the room in which you are sleeping. You will leave behind a clean room, it will look nice, and therefore you will feel much more productive because you have done something useful for you. Clean and well-arranged space is half of the clean thoughts, and life is short enough to live in chaos. Make yourself feel good where you spend time and enjoy.

  1. Dedicate yourself

It is very important that we dedicate ourselves first. Don’t mechanically wash your teeth, although I know we don’t have time. We live too fast, but we ourselves are guilty of that. Look into the mirror, be aware that at that moment you are helping yourself and make yourself beautiful. Let your thoughts tug your body and start the day as you deserve. That’s why the next time you massage your face cream, let it be part of your routine because you want to feel nice, not because it is something you do mechanically.

  1. Water with lemon

I won’t tell you how important it is to keep healthy and drink plenty of water, I think we are all aware of it. But what will help a lot of your health inside and your skin from outside is water with lemon. I prefer cold water where I lay half a lemon and I drink it on an empty stomach. Lemon is rich in vitamin C as well as citric acid, which is a strong antioxidant. It is good for cleansing your skin, which is very important for young people, it is good to reduce the risk of stroke, also because it is strong antioxidant, helps skin to slow down the aging process, the liver works, lemon will help you have a fresh day and will fix your mood because it will refresh you in gray gloomy tomorrow. Isn’t this a good reason to bring some lemon juice into your routine?

  1. Do what you love

               I know that there are only 10 minutes left to work, I know that you have a terrible day at school, at work, wherever you go. Everything is hard for you, and you would just go home and lie down. So do things that you love for 10 minutes, something that reminds you why you are here and why you are doing what you are doing. I like to dance and I’ll play music and dance. You can walk, watch the end of a movie, practice, you can read something simply, call someone you love. Do something in the morning that will have a positive effect on your day. But first and foremost, you need to do what you love in life like I’m doing this because I love you, and you won’t have problems with tomorrow. Life is only one, slow down your drinking coffee, wait for the dawn, and love your body in the way it loves you for years. You’re worth it.

    Beautiful ideas. I’m not much of a water drinker and I should be but the lemon with water sounds like a very good idea. Only drawback is that I have gastritis and I can’t really have limes, lemons or oranges.

    Totally agree with these thoughts and good to be reminded. Definitely agree with not being a slave to your phone first thing in the morning. We need time to rise and awaken and have time to ourselves before we get involved in the outside world.

    And for ten minutes in morning I view the scenery…
